It will need a cleaning as there is some sort of hair or fuzz all over it. I am guessing pet hair. Actual measurements are: Armpit to armpit approx 23. 5" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam approx 16. 5" Across the waist area approx 24. 5" Sleeve length from collar seam to cuff approx 29" Length down the center back
