They're so pretty and dramatic. This is a super cool 1920s piece and can be styled lots of different ways. This skirt was made by the National Cloak & Suit Co. They were founded in New York in 1888 and expanded to Kansas City in 1919 1920. This skirt was made between that time and when they merged with another company and changed their name to Bellas Hess. The skirt
