Ravines Wine Cellars Estate Dry Riesling Finger Lakes, 2022 grain alcohol recently joined by his sonAll organic Riesling from vineyards on the northwest and eastern side of Seneca Lake in New York. The grapes are hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, and fermented cold in stainless steel. Once fermentation is over, the wine sits on its lees for 6 months before being bottled. 4 grams of residual sugar per liter, making it a deliciously dry wine with texture and character. Pair it with Nashville hot chicken tenders and a homemade red cabbage coleslaw.
