Les Penses de Pallus is the estate's flagship expression of Chinon, and does so with incredible precision and textural depth unlike other wines from the appellation today. An intriguing nose of dark berries and violets are followed by a conjunction of black raspberry preserves, earth, and graphite. Aged for 3 years before release. Winemaker
