Swick Wines 'One Egg' Sauvignon Blanc Columbia Valley, 2022 plain and allspice100% organic Sauvignon Blanc from the Rattlesnake Hills AVA of south central Washington State. The vineyards benefit from a great deal of diurnal shift, with constant daytime sun, and cool, dry evenings. The wine was fermented and aged in a 700 Liter concrete egg for 24 months before bottling. The concrete helps to give this Sauvignon Blanc a richer texture and minerality behind its usual herbaceous and tropical profile. Pair it with grilled halibut,
