Sourced from a Lieu Dits in Chiroubles, the vines that contribute to this bottling are at least fifty years old. Cherry, cranberry, dried herbs, and a touch of cinnamon greet you as you open the bottle. Pair with lean cuts of beef, Autumn soups, and turkey.
