1980 Crass / Poison Girls 'Bloody Revolutions / Persons Unknown 7" graphics A classic pieceOriginal 1980 Crass 7" which was a benefit release with Brighton anarcho punk band Poison Girls (with whom they regularly appeared) The lyrics are a critique of the traditional Marxist view of revolutionary struggle, and were written partly in response to violence breaking out at a gig both bands performed at in Red Lion Square, London, September 1979. The single went on to raise 20,000 to fund the Wapping Autonomy Centre Tracklist: A. Crass Bloody
