It contains two frames to hold photos and while not marked in any way, it tests as 800 silver. The locket measures 34 mm from top to bottom including the bale and 25 mm across, it weighs 4. 8 grams. This wonderful and stylish locket opens easily at the top and closes with a satisfying little snap. Maybe its French or at least continental European.
