'Les Vaucrains' is a historic vineyard of the region, and provides a depth of flavor and character from its ~70 year old vines. Plenty of strawberry, mushroom and leather on the palette. Cellaring or decanting will reward you. Pair with lean cuts of beef, or a bacon and blue cheese hamburger.
